Our website offers Campervan conversion services and products. By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal right to enter into these terms. If the use of this website or services is prohibited in your country or by applicable law, you are not permitted to use the website or services.

ONLINE SHOPPING
​
Most of the items we sell are shipped directly from our suppliers or manufacturers to help reduce delivery times. You will receive an order confirmation along with shipping details once your purchase has been processed. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers.
By purchasing an item, you agree to: (i) read the full item description before committing to the purchase; (ii) enter into a legally binding contract once you complete the checkout and payment process.

Prices for services and products are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may occur. More details about pricing and taxes can be found on the payment page.
The fees for services and any other charges you may incur (including taxes and transaction fees) will be billed monthly to your payment method.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For undamaged products, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, along with their original packaging and accessories, for either an exchange or refund to the original payment method. Please note, we do not offer free return shipping.
Exceptions: We cannot accept returns for parts of bundles, even if unused, or for incorrectly ordered ply lining kits.

Electronics and Diesel Heaters
These products are shipped directly from the supplier, and returns are governed by their respective return/warranty policies.
Products must be returned within the country where they were originally purchased. The following items are non-returnable: Kombi beds and gift cards.

We may change or discontinue our services at any time, or impose limits on their use, with or without notice. Orders may also be canceled for any reason at our discretion.
For valid warranty claims, we will either repair or replace the defective product. If we are unable to repair or replace it in a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be provided after the product is returned to us. We will cover the shipping costs for any replacements or repairs, but you will be responsible for returning the item.
User Content

By uploading any content (e.g., designs, images, videos, text, etc.) to the website, you confirm that you either own the rights or have the necessary licenses to share that content. You also consent to the content being publicly displayed on the website.
Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated any of these terms or applicable laws. You can cancel your account at any time, but for automatically-renewing subscriptions, cancellation will only take effect after the current subscription period ends.

Governing Law and Disputes

SHIPPING

We charge a standard £5.50 shipping fee for most items. Larger products shipped directly from suppliers may incur additional shipping charges. Please refer to the product listings for details.
